1. PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING FEE
Each order is thoroughly reviewed to ensure it meets our quality requirements before shipment.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging.

Peak Seasons:
During busy holiday periods or special promotions, processing times may extend to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee:
We offer Standard Shipping worldwide for a flat rate of $5.99.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Since our products are shipped from various partner facilities worldwide, delivery times may vary based on your location.

3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking Updates:
It may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear. If there’s a delay in tracking updates, don’t worry—your order is on its way.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international shipments, we ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Fetchpureshop is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@fetchpureshop.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your order is in processing, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the shipment.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos to us within 72 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Fetchpureshop is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but not found. If your package is marked as delivered, please check with your neighbors and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
